Why are prices ranges?
The price depends on the device and what is found. JFM Corp confirms the price before any work or purchase.
Is my request confirmed when I send it?
No. It is a request. JFM Corp replies to confirm the work, the price and the time.
Do you come to my office?
You can ask for a visit in Ibagué. JFM Corp confirms the visit cost and the time when it replies.
What happens to my files?
For a clean install the files are copied aside first and put back. Keep your own backup as well; the backup setup service can help.
Can I get a quote for several computers?
Yes. Add the equipment with the quantity you need and send the request.
What if my computer will not start?
Add a diagnostic for it and mark the request as urgent. Bring it to the shop or ask for a visit.
How do I pay?
Payment is not handled in the app. JFM Corp tells you how to pay when it confirms.
Where is my information saved?
On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.
